Loved everything about this place.. the view from the room was spectacular the place was clean and accommodating with a kitchen, the staff were friendly and the room was super nice

I really liked this atmospheric hotel. The view from the terrace to the hills is beautiful, the air is fresh. Special thanks for the fact that breakfast was organized, although there was no such option when booking. Quiet peaceful place. The room was clean. The guests were calm, so I managed to get enough sleep, although the audibility in the room was good). The city center is within walking distance. The receptionists were very nice and responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. If I'm in Siena again, I'll definitely stay here.

Overall a very good stay, good location, nice easy walk into town. Bus stop not far from accommodation. Luca was very kind and helped me with getting to agriturisimo a short drive away as taxi was difficult to get. Staff were all lovely. Grazie!

This is a charming, small hotel (it has only about 20 rooms), set just outside the city gate of Siena on a hillside with beautiful views across the surrounding valleys. The staff could not have been more helpful, with lots of advice on what to visit and where to eat in Siena. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to the Piazza del Campo, which forms the central hub of the lovely old town.

The view from the room and the terrace was amazing! Also the receptionists where very friendly, helped with calling taxies, gave us many sightseeing-tipps and made sure everything was good.

Everything went well except that the air conditioner was broken and they did not tell us in advance. Being that the weather has been very hot the night was uncomfortable and restless. They should have told us in advance about the air conditioning problem.

Despite conformation from Booking and the hotel, the hotel gave the room to someone else. An email presented one explanation blaming technical error in the room. Upon arrival the receptionist another, blaming booking.com and knew nothing about technical errors... The truth is that they use this hotel to take bookings for another hotel they have close by. How stupid is that? Do they believe we are morons? And to your comment: No - we did not stay there. Because despite you confirming the reservation by email - an email I still have - when we came you had given the room to someone else! But this was NOT booking.com's fault. That was the point!

It was a very nice surprise. The hotel is very close to the city center. There is no need to use the car. The location is beautiful and quiet. The staff was very kind. We will definitely be back here.

Excellent location, just perfect for us who were with a 9 months baby. Very easy to get to the city center with the stroller. Plus was the parking slot included, which was very hard to find in the surroundings. The staff was excellent. And the view, wow, what a great view from the outside.
